Are the prices on the website real?

Yes. Every price shown is the vehicle's actual asking price, pulled live from the dealership's inventory system — not a teaser. When a car is marked sold, it comes off the site right away.

Can I take a test drive?

Yes — come by while we're open (Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–6 PM · Fri 8:30 AM–5 PM · Sat 9 AM–12 PM), or call or text (315) 741-5185 ahead. Bring your driver's license.

How does financing work?

Apply online in about two minutes — the application goes straight to Arcia Services, not a call center. Approval and terms depend on your credit, income, and the vehicle, and we'll follow up with real numbers.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes — start a trade-in appraisal on the website or bring the vehicle in. Bring its title or loan payoff information.

Is there a warranty?

Many used cars sold by a New York dealer come with the state's required used-car warranty — whether a car qualifies, and for how long, depends on its price and mileage. Extended coverage options are available too. The Coverage page explains it in plain English.
